To simplify how we provide insurance information, we've provided a link to our Memorandum of Insurance (MOI) from our insurance broker. This MOI is available to view and download anytime.

The MOI gives information about Amazon’s insurance programs in the same way as a Certificate of Insurance (COI), but with the added benefit of real-time verification.

What is a Memorandum of Insurance (MOI)?

A MOI provides online information about Amazon’s insurance programs, including: coverages maintained, policy numbers and effective dates, limits, insurer identification, and any applicable clauses regarding additional insured, waiver of subrogation, and primary and non-contributory.

Can the MOI be printed?

Yes. The MOI may be printed and filed, just as you would file a certificate of insurance.
